From Charlottesville: Take 29 South towards Lynchburg, go about 20 miles, turn LEFT onto Route 617. Go about 2.5 miles and turn RIGHT (@ 2nd bridge) onto Route 620 (Farrar Bridge Lane), turn RIGHT @ Y, go straight PAST the End of State Maint. Sign, Turn RIGHT into field @ bottom of hill ( drive slow down hill, can be slippery)...794 Farrar Bridge Lane....set up camp @ far end of field, not too close to bonfire site!
From Lynchburg: Take 29 North, go about 8-10 miles past Lovingston cross over Rockfish (Put in), go about 1 more mile and turn @ next RIGHT onto Route 617. For those camping Friday night I may be inspired to make a huge pot of award winning chili!! Please bring warm gear, it will get cold at night.
