FFV Foundation Minutes: December 6th, 2003

The meeting was held at Cumberland State Forest at 10:45 am.

Present were Cris Leonard FFV Foundation President, Rick Mattox Foundation Registered Agent, Jim Garner Foundation Treasurer, Bill Tanger Foundation Director, Bob Peck Foundation Director and Roc Cooper Foundation Director. Absent was Bob Born Foundation secretary. 

Cris called the meeting to order and the following was discussed. Cris presented several items that he had circulated to the Foundation Directors months ago since his election to Foundation President last September. Cris presented several ways that he had vision to believe that the foundation could benefit and serve FFV. The directors discussed several of these ideas with the result being the question as to weather these ideas fall under the scope of the FFVF. We discussed the need to develop a mission statement to better define the role of the FFVF. Rick Mattox agreed to receive ideas/feedback that may help us with a mission statement and help us to consider new activities or direction. It was also encouraged that any FFVer who wishes to attend FFVF meetings be welcomed. Meeting dates and times to be published in the FPP&P.
